Our Integrated Management System (QMS) enables us to deliver high service level through the application of an effective process-based approach methodology. Our employees and relevant interested parties are fully committed to continually improving the processes that define the quality level of our services. Through regular assessments and audits, everybody’s compliance to the company’s customer–focused IMS is guaranteed.
Our IMS Policy drives day-to-day operations. It applies to all employees in the workplace and is an important aspect of our business. Complying with this policy is a shared responsibility of all employees as well as interested parties working on behalf of Mega E&M.

Mega E&M is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 for the Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of Low and Medium Voltage Power Distribution OHL & Underground Networks, Street Lighting Systems, Power Generation Systems, Mechanical & Electrical Services in Industrial Property & Retail Sectors.

Risk Assessment and Aspect and Impact Analysis is the fundamental strategy in managing our company’s health, safety and environment management system. Identification of measures in controlling hazards and environment aspect to acceptable levels forms part of our day-to-day operation.
